Application Submission for Studies at NOA
Applications for the study program Sustainable Mobility and Logistics (master's study program) are accepted via the eVŠ portal in accordance with the specified application deadlines.

Application and Enrolment Deadlines 2025/26
Application Deadlines
1. First application period: from February 18, 2025, to July 14, 2025.
2. Second application period: from July 15, 2025, to September 30, 2025, or until available spots are filled.
Enrolment Deadlines
1. First enrolment period: from July 15, 2025, to August 31, 2025.
2. Second enrolment period: from September 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025 (enrolment for candidates accepted later, i.e., in the final days of the third application period until October 30, 2025).
Enrolment Requirements for the 1st Year
A completed study program in relevant professional fields such as business and administrative sciences, law, economics, information and communication technologies, security, transport services, or any comparable study program:

A first-cycle higher education program (professional or university) with a minimum of 180 ECTS,
-
A higher vocational education program accredited before June 11, 2004 (prior to the introduction of the Bologna system),
-
A university study program or specialist study program following the completion of higher vocational education, accredited before June 11, 2004 (prior to the introduction of the Bologna system).
Eligibility for enrolment for graduates of other professional fields:

Graduates who have completed a study program under points 1, 2, and 3 of the previous paragraph in other professional fields specified in the first paragraph are eligible for enrolment,
-
Additional study obligations include the following courses:

Fundamentals of Logistics and Sustainable Mobility, and
-
Business Economics.

Transition to a higher year:
Based on the scope of recognized obligations from the previous study program, obtained in the Republic of Slovenia or abroad, a candidate may enrol in the same or a higher year of the second-cycle study program Sustainable Mobility and Logistics, provided that the recognized obligations meet the transition requirements specified by the accredited study program.
Enrolment Requirements for the 2nd Year
For direct enrolment into the second year of the second-cycle master's study program Sustainable Mobility and Logistics, the following candidates are eligible:
From related study fields:

Graduates of study programs for obtaining a university degree or specialization, accredited before June 11, 2004, in the fields of business and administrative sciences, law, economics, information and communication technologies, security, transport services, or other comparable professional fields,

Candidates who meet the requirements will need to complete differential exams in the subjects Sustainable Logistics Systems and Strategic Management of Logistics and Transport Processes.
From unrelated study fields:

Graduates of study programs for obtaining a university degree or specialization, accredited before June 11, 2004, in other study fields,
-
Candidates who meet the requirements will need to complete differential exams in the subjects Sustainable Logistics Systems and Strategic Management of Logistics and Transport Processes.
Recognition of education obtained abroad:
Candidates who have completed equivalent education abroad also meet the enrolment requirements. Candidates with education obtained abroad must submit an application for recognition of education for the purpose of continuing their studies, along with the required evidence, together with their enrollment application.

Admissions Procedure
We accept applications for study programs through the eVŠ online portal. The application period is open from mid-February until the end of September.

Application Submission

The entire enrolment process with us is digital and easy to complete. First, the candidate fills out the electronic enrollment form. This is followed by signing the study contract. Finally, the enrolment fee must be paid, which concludes the enrolment process.
Admissions

Upon receiving the application, we systematically verify whether the candidate meets all the necessary enrolment requirements. If the candidate does not fully meet the requirements, we notify them and allow them to supplement their application.
At the end of the application period, which coincides with the start of the enrolment period, candidates who meet the enrolment requirements are formally invited to enrol.

In the second half of September, we provide you with access to our e-learning platform, where the following information and functions are available:

List of courses for the current academic year,

Electronic timetable (lectures, tutorials, and exams),

Study materials,
-
Links to participants in individual courses (professors and students),

And many other useful features.
The academic year begins in the first days of October and lasts until the end of June. During this period, lectures and tutorials take place, organized in a cyclical manner. This means that lectures and tutorials for two or three courses run simultaneously, followed by examination periods.

Upon successful completion of the study, the graduate is awarded the title Master of Sustainable Mobility and Logistics
